White Rum (80 proof): Blackstrap molasses based rum
Dark Rum (90 proof): Blackstrap molasses based rum with spices
Devil in the Details (90 proof): Dark Moonshine (think whiskey) distilled from malted barley and Pioneer sugar and aged on toasted oak chips. A tasty place filler for “whiskey” as barrels mature over the next few years!
Vodka (80 proof): Distilled from malted barley and Pioneer sugar.
Gin (90 proof): American botanical gin distilled from all malted grains and a complex botanical blend. Not your typical pine tree soup, this gin is incredible!
