IPA (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Raw and Rowdy IPA 5%: We went Medieval with this spin on a historic brewing practice! This raw ale features Munich, rye and spelt malt mashed (soaked in hot water to convert starches to the fermentable sugar yeast needs to create alcohol) and then sent directly to the fermenter with not boiling at all and let it cool overnight with T3 Farms Zeus hops. The next morning yeast and Top Hops Cashmere and Chinook hops were added. So…. We present you with a Pure Michigan raw IPA!
