Blood Sweat and Beers (HOT) 5% abv: A mildly hoppy blonde with blood orange puree and booze soaked serrano, jalapeno and habanero peppers.

Dampf That’s Good 5% abv: A German Dampfbier, a North Bavarian beer style brewed with two variation of malted barley and weizen yeast. It is essentially a hefeweizen without wheat.

Degenerate Fuel 8.5% abv: This one is a heavy hitter! A malt liquor brewed with a large dose of wheat for a pretty unique sweetness for the style. Dangerously light for the the alcohol content, this one will knock your socks off!

Erdnussbutter-Weisse 5.1% abv: A small batch brewed as a fun little experiment. A German hefeweizen mashed with crushed peanuts and conditioned on Skippy peanut butter.

Crew Cab 11.5% abv: A Belgian style Grand Cru brewed with wheat and barley, coriander and tangerine peel and fermented with a Witbier yeast. This one will sneak up on you!

Fireman Dan 5% abv: American wheat beer brewed with 100% Michigan malt and hops with subtle hints of citrus and spice. Brewed in memory of Fireman Danny Nicholas. I hope this beer meets his standards. Cheers to you Danny!

Lil’ Hef’er 4.2% abv: A German Hefeweizen brewed with 50% barley and 50% wheat and fermented with a traditional Weizen yeast. Cooler fermentation brought out deeper notes of clove as opposed to banana. This one is tasty and light and will leave you wanting another!
