Blonde (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Farm Hand Raw Ale 4% abv: This historic beer is brewed with 50% malted Michigan barley and 50% raw Michigan corn and lightly hopped with traditional Clusters hops. Brewed true heritage style like beer was brewed in taverns and homes pre 1800’s it was mashed fermented with no boil. It is light in color, creamy and rich in flavor. A very unique brew!

Volt 2025 5.5% abv: Our Christmas beer is here! A light bodied pale with cinnamon and ginger and conditioned with vanilla beans.

Motor Honey IPA 5.8% abv: A Midwest IPA brewed with local honey and Michigan Munich malt for a slightly malty and sweet backbone and featuring a blend of Michigan hops. A perfect IPA to end winter with!

Thunderhead IPA 5.7% abv: This unique SMaSH hop bomb was brewed with 100% custom Michigan malted barley and Columbus Hops grown at T3 Farms in Ruth. Pungent and bitter, this is a straight up American IPA! .

Amber Smoke show 5% abv: An American amber with house smoked Devil in the Details soaked jalapeno peppers! $7 pint / $20 growler fill
Oktoberfest 5.5% abv: A traditional Oktoberfestbier brewed in the spring for a September release using imported German Durst Malts.

Lizzy Borden’s Axe 5.2% abv: Lizzy Borden took an axe and gave her father 50 whacks, when saw what she had done, she gave her mother 51. In the late 1800’s Lizzy Borden allegedly murdered her father and stepmother with an axe in Fall River Massachusetts but was later acquitted. This American red ale features a high percentage of malted Michigan red Bloody Butcher corn so the name seemed fitting.

Dark Days Stout 5.5% abv: It’s that in between time of the year where stout and dark beer season is coming upon us. This American style stout is medium bodied, roasty and just the right balance to bring us into the dark beer season.

Peanut Butter Milk Stout 5% abv: This beer started off with our milt stout base but with a house made velvet peanut butter tincture added to the keg.

The Darkness 5.1% abv: A milk stout brewed with a high percentage of roasted (not malted) 6-row Thoroughbred barley and Zeus hops with a touch of lactose for a rich mouth feel. The roasted barley adds deep notes of coffee and dark chocolate while the zeus hops add a piney/citrus profile. Not too sweet, not to roasty, but just right.

Degenerate Fuel 8.5% abv: This one is a heavy hitter! A malt liquor brewed with a large dose of wheat for a pretty unique sweetness for the style. Dangerously light for the the alcohol content, this one will knock your socks off!

Lil’ Hef’er 4.2% abv: A German Hefeweizen brewed with 50% barley and 50% wheat and fermented with a traditional Weizen yeast. Cooler fermentation brought out deeper notes of clove as opposed to banana. This one is tasty and light and will leave you wanting another!
