IPA   (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Georgia Peach IPA 5.5% abv: An American style IPA conditioned with peaches, vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks.
$6 pint / $18 growler fills

Hop-Solutely IPA 6.6% abv: Brewed with all Michigan grains including malted Bloody Butcher corn and a blend of Michigan Zeus, Cascade, Clusters, Chinook and Centennial hops!
$6 pint / $18 growler fills

Superbee: 8.6% abv: This is one of the beers I brewed for my beautiful wife Kally’s and my wedding on June 27, 2015. To celebrate that I somehow managed to get her to marry my unorganized, off centered and somewhat unusual self, I brew it once a year and release it for our anniversary! It is a Huron County honey IPA brewed with Emergent Malthouse malt and Cascade hops from Top Hops in Goodrich. Drink carefully, this beer goes down way too easily and will definitely sting if you’re not careful!
$7 10 oz (Mug Club $6) / $30 growler fills

Gas Getter SIPA 4.2% abv: This session IPA features a blend of Michigan Zeus, Cascade and Clusters hop for a light and refreshing low alcohol all day drinker!
$6 pint / $18 growler fills

Thunderhead IPA 5.7% abv: This unique SMaSH hop bomb was brewed with 100% custom Michigan malted barley and Columbus Hops grown at T3 Farms in Ruth. Pungent and bitter, this is a straight up American IPA!
$6 pint / $18 growler fill

Burtucky Haze (NEIPA) 6.7% abv: Brewed from a blend of 6-row Michigan barley, Michigan Malted Oats and spelt and 100% dry hopped with an unnamed experimental Michigan hop. Hazy and delicious with a bit of an abv kick!
$6 pint / $18 growler fills

Blonde/Golden/Pale  (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Hefehaferflocken 5.1%: Coolest beer name ever! It is just what it is, a German malted oat beer brewed with Michigan grown and malted barley and oats and fermented with a Weizen yeast. Packed full of flavor and aroma with a beautiful golden pour!
$6 pint /
$18 growler fill

The Sun also Rye’ses 5.6% abv: A spin on a Hemmingway classic! A delicious Blonde ale brewed with a large portion of Michigan rye, classic Cluster hops and fermented with a clean Kviek yeast. This is just what an American blonde ale should be!
$6 pint /
$18 growler fill

Spellbound 5.3% abv: This beer started out as a Belgian style pale ale but to make it more interesting passion fruit puree and coconut were added for a whole new level of flavor!
$6 pint / $18 growler fills

Amber/Red (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Lizzy Borden’s Axe 5.5% abv: Lizzy Borden took an axe and gave her father 50 wacks, when saw what she had done, she gave her mother 51. In the late 1800’s Lizzy Borden allegedly murdered her father and stepmother with an axe in Fall River Massachusetts but was later acquitted. This American red ale features a high percentage of malted Michigan red Bloody Butcher corn so the name seemed fitting.
$6 pint / $18 growler fills

Stouts/Porters/Brown    (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Litigation Candy Bar 5.5% abv: Since getting a cease and desist from a large candy company for a beer name that resembled a certain type of candy bar they produce…. We won’t be doing that again. This is a stout brewed with peanut butter and coconut! Give it a shot!
$6 pint / $18 growler fills

Shipping Up To Boston 5.5% abv: This is a traditional dry Irish stout, nothing fancy or special, just brewed the way the original famous Irish darkness was originally brewed with just pale malt and dark roasted raw barley and a hint of hops early in the boil. Take a taste of this timeless classic and you will understand what all the fuss was about a couple hundred years ago when this style first came to be!
$6 pint / $18 growler fill

Wheat   (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Local Strong 9% abv: Kind of a spin on Belgian strong ale and Grand Cru styles. Boozy with a wheat bite and defined malt backbone and yeast character.
$7 10 oz (Mug Club $6) / $30 growler fills

Blueberry Pie (sour) 5% abv: Our first time experimenting with a new(ish) yeast (Philly Sour) strain that produces a sour finish. After the beer was done fermenting, blueberry puree was added. Each batch will feature different a different fruit!
$6 pint / $18 growler fill

Broke Bastard Honey Wheat 6% abv: Named after my friend John “Broke Bastard” over on the west coast making a name for himself with his turbo sportster! A honey forward wheat beer brewed with all Michigan malt from Emergent Malt House, local honey and local hops. This brew is mildly sweet and tasty!
$6 pint / $18 growler fill

Rust Bucket 5% abv: Although not a wheat beer, this is another German classic called a Roggenbier! Substituting wheat for rye in a hefeweizen recipe makes this a unique and rarely brewed beer. It is like drinking liquid banana bread!
$6 pint / $18 growler fill

Fireman Dan 5% abv: American wheat beer brewed with 100% Michigan malt and hops with subtle hints of citrus and spice. Brewed in memory of Fireman Danny Nicholas. I hope this beer meets his standards. Cheers to you Danny!
$6 pint / $18 growler fill

Berry Razzer 5.7% abv:  This fruity wheat beer was fermented with a whole lot of raspberries.
$6 pint / $18 growler fil

Black Sheep of Beers  (Beer that does not fit a category - not a beer name)
Rockin’ Ride 3.8% abv: This is yet another spin on a Redline Radler featuring a tasty wheat beer blended with Michigan’s own Faygo Rock and Rye soda!
$6/Pint  ***NO GROWLER FILLS ***

Taco Crusher 6% abv:  Named after one of the best foods on the face of the planet, Taco Crusher is a blonde ale brewed with fresh cilantro and peppercorns and then fermented with tequila soaked limes and jalapeno peppers! To make it even more enticing, it is brewed with 100% Emergent Malthouse malts and hops from T3 Farms in Ruth, MI. Drink up!
